France: air traffic controllers (SNCTA) call strike on 14–16 May 2026

The SNCTA, the majority French air traffic controllers' union (~60% representation at the DGAC), has filed a strike notice for the Ascension long weekend: Thursday 14, Friday 15 and Saturday 16 May 2026. A separate second notice (for 9–10–11 May, the 8 May long weekend) was withdrawn. The SNCTA frequently lifts its notices following last-minute conciliation with the DGAC (cf. October 2025), so the actual maintenance of the action remains to be verified in the 24–48 hours before 14 May.
