Navarra public agri-tech agency (INTIA) subrogated staff launch indefinite strike
Last Updated:
Fifty-five subrogated workers at INTIA, Navarra's public agri-tech agency, began an open-ended strike on 13 April 2026, demanding alignment with INTIA's own salary tables and an end to pay gaps of 15โ20% against colleagues doing the same work in the same grade. The staff had transferred from Tracasa under subrogation.
The strike committee and the company reached an agreement on the morning of 23 April, which was backed by a majority of those called out. The strike was called off with effect from Friday 24 April 2026. Essential services for agriculture and rural development were maintained throughout.
