Around 100 Unite-represented health visitors at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board have moved to extend their industrial action beyond 17 July 2026 in an ongoing dispute over job banding and pay. Reporting on 14 July 2026 said the health board was notified on 13 July that the strike could continue for up to 12 months, prolonging disruption to routine and non-urgent services.
