Unite has announced additional strike dates in February for Leeds City Council’s passenger transport/SEND service over safety concerns. If agreed changes are not implemented by 2 February, walkouts will resume on the listed February dates.

Unite has suspended planned walkouts for 22–23 January and later January dates after Leeds City Council offered measures to address safety and staffing concerns. The union has given the council until 2026-02-02 to implement changes; if not, strikes will restart from 2026-02-04 on previously announced February dates.
