UGL

The UGL is a trade union confederation that emphasizes national identity and social participation and has historically maintained proximity to right-wing political currents. Although significantly smaller than the three major confederations, it retains localized strength in certain sectors, including transport and manufacturing, as well as in parts of southern Italy. It generally operates independently in collective bargaining and national consultations.
