CNV

Established in 1909, the CNV is the second-largest confederation in the Netherlands. While its roots are in Christian-social values, it functions as an interconfessional organization representing a broad spectrum of the workforce. The CNV is known for prioritizing sustainable employment and social dialogue, often seeking cooperative solutions with employers before resorting to industrial action. It is an active member of the Social-Economic Council (SER) and plays a key role in national pension and labor market reforms.
