CCOO

Originating as underground workers' committees during the Franco era, CCOO is today one of the two leading trade unions in Spain alongside the UGT, based on representative election results. It has a strong presence across industry, services, and the public sector. CCOO typically combines periods of mobilization with negotiated outcomes and is an established actor in national social dialogue. Its federation for Citizenship Services (FSC-CCOO) plays an important role in transport and logistics bargaining.
