UGT

Founded in 1888, the UGT is the oldest trade union in Spain and shares national representative status with CCOO. Historically linked to the social-democratic movement, it maintains strong influence in services, transport, and hospitality through its FeSMC federation. UGT plays a central role in collective bargaining and social dialogue and regularly coordinates national positions with other representative unions.
