PCS

PCS organises workers across central government departments and agencies, including roles connected to border operations, benefits administration, and other public services. Where its members are involved in border functions, industrial action can have knock-on effects for passenger processing at ports and airports. PCS is not affiliated to the Labour Party and generally positions itself as politically independent while advocating on public service pay and workforce issues.
