Argenteuil and Sartrouville: Keolis bus drivers' morning stoppages from 19 October 2026 (UNSA, CFDT)
TodayLast Updated:
Bus drivers of the Argenteuil Boucles de Seine network, run by Keolis for Île-de-France Mobilités and serving Argenteuil, Sartrouville, Houilles, Maisons-Laffitte and Montesson, can stop work from Monday 19 October 2026 under an UNSA notice that covers the 07:15–09:00 morning slot each day for up to a year; a second, open-ended notice by the CFDT starts on Tuesday 20 October.
What to expect: according to the town of Sartrouville, the UNSA notice can disrupt five of the network's bus lines in the morning peak on the days drivers walk out, while the CFDT notice is not expected to affect any line. On 9 October, when about 80 drivers of the Argenteuil depot stopped work, roughly one trip in three was cancelled on the affected lines; school transport was maintained. Île-de-France Mobilités posts real-time service information for the network.
Why: pay, the condition of the buses and drivers' working conditions; the unions also contest new schedules planned from 2 November.
