Campania: AIR Campania bus strike on Wednesday 28 October 2026 (08:00–16:00)

Eight-hour strike on Wednesday 28 October 2026, from 08:00 to 16:00, by staff of AIR Campania, the regional bus company that runs interurban and urban services across Campania, proclaimed jointly by FILT-CGIL, FIT-CISL, UILT-UIL, UGL and FAISA-CISAL and filed with the transport ministry on 1 October.

What to expect: AIR Campania's interurban routes linking Naples, Avellino, Benevento, Caserta and Salerno with the provinces, and the urban services it runs in several towns, between 08:00 and 16:00; buses before 08:00 and after 16:00 run normally, so the morning commute is largely protected. Because all five representative unions have signed the call, participation is likely to be high. The company will publish the guaranteed services before the strike.
