Italy: easyJet cabin crew strike on 16 October 2026 (24 hours, moved from 15 October)

Cabin crew employed by easyJet Airlines Limited in Italy are called to a 24-hour nationwide strike on Friday 16 October 2026, from 00:00 to 23:59, by the USB Lavoro Privato union. The strike was first announced for 15 October; the union withdrew that date on 14 September and re-filed it for the following day. The stoppage covers easyJet's Italian bases and can lead to cancellations and delays on domestic and international easyJet flights to and from Italy throughout the day.

Flights in the protected time bands (07:00–10:00 and 18:00–21:00) are guaranteed by law, and easyJet usually publishes its list of cancelled flights a few days before a strike. Passengers booked on 16 October should check their flight status before travelling; flights on 15 October are not affected.
